Gel Builder: Durable and strong, Gel Builder creates natural-looking, long-lasting nails with minimal damage and no odor.

Gel X: Gel X is lightweight and gentle, perfect for growing longer, healthier natural nails without the damage or odor of traditional extensions.

Dipping Powder: Create stronger, longer-lasting nails than traditional acrylic nails. Because the powder is already mixed with the liquid solution, it makes nails more durable and less likely to chip or break. Simply dip your nails in color powder and seal with a top coat to finish.

Appointments & Walk-ins

• Walk-ins are welcome if there’s availability, but understand that scheduled appointments always come first. 
• If you are running a few minutes late for appointments, please note that complete services may not be possible and some parts will have to be skipped. 
• Advance notice is appreciated for any cancellations or rescheduling.
• Frequent late cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit for future bookings.

 Right to Refuse Service

• We reserve the right to refuse or stop service for guests who are disrespectful or display negative behavior.
• Clients with repeated no-shows or late cancellations may also be denied service.

 Service Guidelines

• Please inform us of any health conditions (e.g. Diabetes, Allergy, Using Retinol, Alpha Hydroxy, or Sunburn,.. ) before your service.
• If you’re not satisfied during your visit, notify the manager immediately so we can make it right.
• Service issues like color, shape, or finish must be mentioned during the appointment.
• Gel polish services include a 7-day warranty for lifting/popping/chipping(same color only). Please call in advance so we can accommodate with scheduling. 
• Regular polish and gel polish changes are not covered by this guarantee.

 Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed on our service menu. Please confirm pricing with your technician before starting.
• We do not offer refunds, but we’re happy to address any concerns about your service.

• Tools are sanitized after every guest.
• We use natural and organic products for pedicures, prioritizing your well-being.
• Parents, kindly supervise your children during your visit.
• We are not responsible for lost personal items or gift cards.
